Friends of Park Junior School
We would like to introduce ourselves as a group of parents and members of staff, whose aim is to organise fun events for families of the School, both social and fundraising.
An example of events that have taken place include: discos, games nights, a Race Night, Christmas Market and an extremely successful Summer Fair. These proved to be very popular and helped us to raise funds for the children of the school allowing us to purchase the tyre park, climbing wall, learning lodge, outdoor sitting area and all children had the opportunity to take part in circus skills on Summer Fair day.
We aim to meet termly for an informal ‘ meeting to chat, discuss and organise future events. We are always open to new and fun ideas from parents and children alike and would welcome any volunteers to join in any way they can, whether that be by attending meetings, or helping at an event.
