Our Values

Park Junior School is a Values School. It is our Values that determine our thinking and behaviour. Through a Values-based Education, a positive culture for teaching and learning is created which is based upon valuing ourselves, each other and the environment. Our School Values support the development of the whole child. We work our values on a two year rolling program.  We focus on 4 values throughout the year.  This year our values are perseverance, ambition, responsibility and kindness.  Children can collect different coloured pebbles for each value throughout the term.  Each week, teachers nominate two children who have demonstrated one of these values exceptionally and they are rewarded with a badge in that colour.  Children work hard throughout the year to collect as many as possible.
