We started the day with a hearty breakfast with so much choice!
The weather today has been perfect - warm and dry but not too hot. Our hill climb was very successful - we climbed bit by bit and the children were so sensible and the determination from all to make it was impressive. When we got to the top we couldn't believe how small Ilam Hall and all the cars looked!
In the afternoon after some free time on the field, we had an indoor archery session and some Team games outside. These went well as all the children enjoyed all the different skills and succeeded in all they did.
Tonight after dinner, we swapped groups for our beaded Ghecko and 'pipecleaner Ilam friends' craft sessions.
The children have now gone to bed for a good sleep after a busy day and with the thoughts of another fun-packed day tomorrow. They are sad that the trip will finish tomorrow but are also very much looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow!
