A very warm welcome to 4VdB class page.
Welcome to the Autumn Term! We hope you have had a relaxing Summer. We are really excited to start our Year 4 learning journey with our new class. We have some fun lessons and activities planned. We are sure the children will soon settle into the Year 4 routines.
Working alongside the children in 4VdB will be myself (Mrs de Boer) and Mrs Johnson, who is my Teaching Assistant. We are looking forward to working with all the children in our class.

Our P.E. days are Tuesdays and Fridays. Please come to school in your P.E. kit. A reminder that P.E. kit needs to be a plain white T.shirt, black shorts and trainers. Jogging bottoms and a jumper can be worn for outdoor P.E. Jewellery (including earrings) must be removed for P.E. and long hair has to be tied back.
Homework will be set using a grid with a choice of tasks for the children to complete. The children will be given a homework book to complete their tasks in. We are looking forward to seeing some creative and well-presented homework this term.
Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any queries or worries. We are here to help and you will find us on the playground at the end of most school days.
