We have had another super day today. The sun has shone upon us and I never thought we would be standing in swimming costumes in Wales  outside at the end of September and feeling warm!

Our breakfast treat was croissants which needless to say disappeared very quickly! We made our sandwiches very successfully and then went to our first activity. Between us we did the castle by train, orienteering, wilderness skills, kayaking and for the first time, raft building. I wondered whether any rafts would break as the children took to the water but alas no sinking took place as they were built very well!

Our dinner tonight was cheese pasta bake and the famous CMC sticky toffee pudding with caramel sauce.

We are doing the Big Welsh quiz and the torch lit camp fire again tonight with the two groups swapped from last night. We look forward to another successful night before our last full day of activities tomorrow.
