Happy Tuesday guys!
Your tasks for today are:
English: Today we would like you to create a poem about lockdown. This could be a rhyming poem, a limerick, a kenning or acrostic, but we would like you to encapsulate your time at home. We have attached some examples in the document below.
Maths: Your maths for today is continuing with volume. Today you are comparing volume. Use your knowledge of volume to compare the shapes. Remember when you answer to write your measurements using the cubed (³) sign. This could be written as cm³ for example or m³. Check what you are measuring in.
Science: Your science today is to explore rusting and the process of this. Below is the document which explains everything. REMEMBER to read it CAREFULLY! If you cannot do the investigation there is an alternative activity.
Have a lovely day,
Miss Morris and Mr Fordham.
The answer to the brain teaser yesterday was: S – it was write 2, miss 1, write 2, miss 2, write 2, miss 3, write 2, miss 4 etc.
Your brain teaser for today is: It is flat as a leaf, round as a ring,
Has two eyes, yet cannot see a thing.
What is it?
Fact of the day:
A giraffe can survive longer without water than a camel.
